Founder and Chief Fundraising Inspector
Jonathan is a proud career fundraiser and charity leader with 13 years experience raising funds for charities of various sizes. He's conducted hundreds of face-to-face fundraising inspections, is a qualified assessor, and has deep expertise in governance and regulatory excellence. His commitment to the charity sector isn't just through paid work; from a young age, Jonathan has volunteered for numerous charities. At the age of 22, he became one of the UK's youngest charity trustees and then went on to become one of its youngest chairs. Having served in governance roles in business, the charity sector, Judaism, and politics, a career highlight of Jonathan's was a highly successful tenure chairing the Chartered Institute of Fundraising Convention Board. Today, alongside leading The Fundraising Inspector, he serves as a trustee of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and is the founder of the world's first movement dedicated to neurodiversity in fundraising, Neurodiverse Fundraisers.
